Terms of Service
These terms explain how this website and the referral line work and what you can expect from them.
- 24/7 emergency calls
- Nights, weekends and holidays
- Mission Viejo, CA
What the Service Is
Mission Viejo Plumbing Co. operates this website and a telephone line that connects callers with independent local plumbing professionals. We are a referral service. We do not perform plumbing work ourselves.
The independent professionals set their own prices and terms and are responsible for the work they perform. Any agreement for plumbing work is between you and that professional.
Information on This Site
The pages and guides on this site are general information. They do not replace advice from a plumber, an insurer, a water district or a building inspector. Rules and conditions vary by home and by city, and information may change.
Do not rely on this site in an emergency. If you smell gas, leave the house and call 911 from outside. If there is a fire, a medical emergency or immediate danger, call 911.
No Warranties
This site and the referral line are provided as they are and as available. We do not promise that every call will be answered at every moment, that a professional will arrive within a set time or that the site will be free of errors. We make no promise about the price, quality or outcome of work done by an independent professional.
Limitation of Liability
As far as the law permits, Mission Viejo Plumbing Co. is not responsible for losses that come from using this site or from work an independent professional performs. These terms do not limit any responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.
Use of the Site and Third Party Links
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to copy it, interfere with it or misuse it. The site links to outside sources for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Governing Law and Contact
California law applies to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to info@plumbingmissionviejoca.com.
